• Q. How does this initiative work with our subcontractors?

  A. All your subcontractors buy their materials through CBS allowing you complete visibility.

• Q. Will we need more resources to administer the initiative?

  A. No you will need less, when your subcontractors submit their claim for payment they will have one invoice from CBS for all their material purchases.

• Q. What about transparancy?

  A. We operate an open book policy and will enter a contract with the subcontractor in the same way as your department provides a contract with your subcontractor. This gives complete auditability down the line.

• Q. How will tis help our Quantity Surveyors?

  A. Product history pricing will be provided allowing the QS to monitor price changes and evaluate Value For Money
